(1) Items are ready on hand in Singapore and for obvious reasons transactions can only be made and completed in Singapore.

(3) Transactions are based on a first come first served basis.
(4) Unless otherwise stated, all items purchased are on a cash on delivery/collection basis at a mutually convenient date and time.
(5) All sales are final. We do not accept any returns once the transaction is completed, so please inspect the goods upon receipt.
